A QR code can only be scanned once. If you've already installed it, don't rescan — your eSIM is already in your phone under mobile/cellular plans. Still stuck? Message us and we'll issue a fresh one.

Try toggling airplane mode off and on, or manually select a partner network in your carrier settings. Basements, busy areas and thick walls can throttle any network for a bit.

On most phones, yes — switch on your personal hotspot and share away. A few devices limit tethering on eSIM data, so check your model if it won't cooperate.
